"We ordered almost 3k worth of flooring a week ago. The rep said the order was coming from Houston and would be in on the following yesterday. We called to check on the order and the woman who answered was clueless of our order. Today the rep who put in our order called first thing in the morning and said the Houston warehouse “forgot” to put the order on the truck and it would be another week for our floors to come in. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and POOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!"
