"Firstly, rating a paint store should be easily accomplished, right? Service with a smile... mix the paint correctly.... bam! But no... I almost always consider the customer experience tantamount whilst writing a review. So, it is with this perspective that I’ve bestowed upon this store in particular... a 5-star rating. I do believe that everyone in that store gets bonuses for being awesome. Im convinced they do because Patrick (I believe that’s the manager’s name) has put some incredible hiring practices into place. Retail is hard. Especially when dealing with both professionals and laypeople at once. That's difficult at best; 2 different mindsets with which to negotiate. These people do so, and well. Personally, I find the staff exceedingly willing to do what they must in order for their customers to accomplish their goals. I had need of a simple pack of roller covers to complete a job I was going to be working in the evening. I called Patrick’s store. He said they’re closing in 10 minutes, and asked where I was in proximity to the store. I told him. I tried to get there as quickly as I could, willing to go elsewhere if forced to do so. I was so shocked when I arrived 17 minutes later... He WAITED.... for me to get there, and sold me a $10 pack of roller covers. No one else would do that. THAT.... is custom service. Ok now... don’t all of you try to take advantage and go to his store right at closing. It was a 1-time thing."
