"Myself and my family entered Claire’s in Bossier Mall. We were not greeted until about 3 to 5 minutes of us standing in the door. The lady was standing talking to customers then turned around and stated that we could not be serviced due to the mall closing at 7 pm at this time it is only 6:15. The lady stated that we did meet the cut off time to get serviced AFTER watching her talk instead of doing her job."

"We are frequent customers of Claire’s; however, I sat my bag from another store down on their counter with the associate while I shopped and we accidentally left the mall without the bag. When I called to se did they put it up for me so I can return to get it. No one knows what happened to it. Very disappointed that they wouldn’t put it in the back since it contained several items and knowing that the owner would surely call to claim it. Only two options is someone else grabbed it from the counter or they decided to keep it for themselves. The girl working today said they have no cameras on the store so no way of really knowing. We won’t shop there again, I despise a thief."
