"Worse excuse ever for a “local” bike shop! As someone who works in customer service this was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had! There was a guy in the back working on a bike which I’m assuming is the repair guy cause he looked right at me and turned away quick no greeting just simply ignored me. Not very welcoming at all! After that it was like 10mins of me walking around looking and waiting to see if anyone else would even appear & finally greet me. Finally another dude walked from the back & definitely didn’t make me feel like he wanted my business. As far as trades go good luck cause every single time I’ve even mentioned a possibility of trading in a bike, they make it known that most likely they’re not going to be interested! Apparently trade-in’s are very hard due to all of their “new” stipulations but this wasn’t my first time trying to trade something in here so obviously things have only gotten worst since the last time I’ve tried this spot. My bike isn’t some off brand either! Honestly surprised they’re still open! Hopefully you’ll have better luck than me!"

"Last month I bought 2 new tires and inner tubes and was unable to ride until today. Turns out onr inner tube was defective so I took it in and Jennifer was going to charge me for the defective tube and install. They sold me a defective tube so I don't see why they would charge me for the tube or the install. Capitol was unwilling to make it right, worst customer service ever! Not only that but Jennifer was so ugly."
