"Misty the manager on pinhook and her staff are awesome I just left the store and she was so helpful when it came to me checking out and insuring I got my register rewards. I was greeted when I walked in the store and greeted when I left. Customer service was awesome! Store was clean the complete opposite of 2700 Johnston street store their customer workers are kind but the male manager and female are so rude."

"Went to this location on Saturday, April 16 and when I tell you these are the rudest workers I’ve encountered at a Walgreens. Not a soul spoke to me while there and top of that the lines were backed up at the register. No one made an attempt to assist the cashier but people are casually walking around as though nothing’s going on. Please retrain or resign. It’s simple. You don’t have to like your job but be mindful of customer service."
