"Went to Silsbee location to get 4 bolts and a junction box , less than $5. Asked clerk if I could have change of all $5 bills. She would try. An assistant manager interviewed. Would not allow that to happen. Then another manager came up to reenforce that decision. They would not even try to accommodate my need. Customer service is very lacking at this location. If I hadn't spent so much time digging for my bolts, would have left with out anything."

"Hello and God bless. Stopped in to buy replacement lumber boards for my 16ft. trailer, plus sealant, and rustoleum paint. All the employees that helped me accomplish my task were great, the only pinch was one board was not perfect like the rest. Other then that I had a good visit."

"Don’t come here I went inside to get a couple of nails to fix my house after Hurricane Laura. As soon as I’m about done with nails I needed, I get yelled by an employee saying you need to leave we’re closed. I say ok can I buy what I have. He said no. I asked to speak with his manager and he says I am the manager. I say is this how you treat your customers. Apparently he didn’t like that and got so angry. He said I told you we’re closed and I say when?. The guy never came up to me saying we’re closing soon or at least see if I needed help. I told the guy I was hit by Hurricane Laura and I needed these to fix my roof from the rain. He said he didn’t care and that the register was closed. See I was in there 30 minutes before they closed, there was maybe 3 other customers in there too. I can understand if I went in right as they closed, but that never happened. Don’t come here unless you want to get yelled at and not get to purchase your items. They lost me as a customer. Very BAD customer service. Update: Been 3 weeks since I called corporate to explain what happened and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I guess this how they treat their customers, even from corporate. I guess I’ll be going to ACE Hardware at least they care about their customers."
