"UPDATE: I did in fact hear from Justin - he apologized and admitted that they should have handled my request differently. He immediately sent me a return label and refunded the purchase price. He did not ask me to change my google review- and I appreciate that. Deducted a star for the hassle it was & time it took to deal with the owner, Nicholas. Nicholas would be well served to learn customer service from Justin - he’s very fortunate to have him. PREVIOUS REVIEW I like the sink and faucet combo I received from them, but their customer service - from the owner, no less, is horrific. Ordered a replacement valve shortly before Christmas for their faucet- the one listed on their website as being a fit for their faucet. Recently got around to installing - they sent wrong part and it did not fit. They’re refusing to refund this unused and brand new part - and now ghosting me because I was 24 hours outside of their return window. Ridiculous and horrible customer service."

"This place is a gem - a truly remarkable resource. Not only do they have unique and fun products, but the customer service is stellar. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, patiently answering all my (many) questions and even going so far as to help me with design outside the scope of my immediate purchase. Products were shipped pronto and well packed. (The unlacquered brass is gorgeous.) Can’t recommend WM highly enough!"

"we purchased the utility sink with pedestal (see picture) and it is the best looking fixture ever. The soap dispenser looks great and is so nice to use.
