"Me and my coworker just came in like 5-10 minutes ago, the lady in the front desk was nice and very helpful and we asked if they had any Gutters in stock, she asked and she said they had to make them. I asked how long will it take, i know it all depends on what we order but she asked the guy on his phone in the back and he just responded with a “ i don’t know” he was a guy in a blue hat sits in the back corner poor guy, that was his last words if he is a salesman i feel bad for him doesn’t seem like he likes to work there, probably doesn’t have enough sales experience at all just lazy guy. Horrible first experience we we going elsewhere"

"Called and was told metal was in stock, just needed lengths and would have ready next day, called back next morning to give lengths needed and was told I would have to come there, but I'm 50 miles away, asked to have salesman call me, called back 4 more times over next 5 hours and kept getting told to come there. Been nearly a month, still haven't gotten a callback. Save yourself some headache, go to Mueller, Inc. for your metal, easy to work with and got my metal the same day, when no one else seems to care or have metal, and it was cheaper!"

"The slowest place I've ever did business with in my life. Been sitting outside in line for hours and they haven't loaded 1 person up yet. Just driving around in circles on little forklifts. Will absolutely not be back unless I just don't have another choice. I could drive to houston and back for material quicker then this."
