"hey installed countertops in our two bathrooms. It caused damages on the wall (a small hole) and they left a large amount of water under the sink. They tried to clean it up by throwing two cloth rags in it, which didn't do anything. They didn't tell us, and I didn't see until the evening, when the water caused damage to the cabinet and the things in the other cabinet next to the sink. The owner denied that they caused the damage because "a little damp" won't cause the damage I described, and tried to shut me off by saying that in America, the man is in charge of the house... that was when I hang up the phone. When I called back and tried to reason with him regarding the hole he created in the wall, which is NOT covered by the contract/waiver I signed as he claimed earlier. He yelled at me "go back to China.""
"Had counter tops installed last July and have called several times about the seams that are poorly done and sent pics and also have talked to one of the owners who asked me to take down a previous review and he would fix my counters and here we are almost a year later and still not fixed. I know other people who are having the same problem with them. I would find someone else for my counter tops because you will not get any problems resolved."
"Professional and courteous, eagerly gets the work completed and when they are finished, the work is OUTSTANDING!!!! They take pride in their work, cleans up after the job and their cleaner smells so nice! I was in a tight pinch and Chris, the owner was available when I needed him! Chris and his employee was a blessing to my family and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Midway Marble and Granite to anyone looking to turn their home or business into a beautiful work of art!!!"
