"I tried to purchase renters insurance with Allstate since I already have auto insurance through them. First the lady that was in the office said she would call me. After several days when I did not receive a call, I emailed the office. A couple of days later Mr. Burge called me and assured me he would call me back with the information about what they could offer. It has now been over a week since his phone call and I have still not heard anything. I know he is not indicative of the Allstate brand because the agent I had in Florida was great."
