"I placed an order on the app yesterday, but didn't get it. So l called the store and they told me it had been placed for a future order. It still hasn't arrived. I am disappointed with the taco bell app. I love their food, but I spent my money on something I don't get to eat now!"

"If I could leave no stars I would. I don't know what's going on with the management of this establishment but they need to fix it soon. Went there today they said that we had to use the kiosk, okay no problem. So we saw some stuff on the menu we wanted, so we go to order on the kiosk the items we wanted weren't on there but they were new but not on there. So we asked one of the coworkers about it and she said she didn't know she'd go get the manager. So we waited for a good 5-10 minutes on the manager and no one ever came up to help us and we could hear the manager in the back constantly complaining about something. They need new management before they lose a lot of customers. I definitely won't be back for a while."

"We had such a pleasant time at this location. Aj is one of the best staff/managers I have ever interacted with at any taco bell. I will definitely be back not just because of the good service but because she was so amazing and professional."

"Do not go to this establishment!!! The food isn’t very great and they got the order wrong and were so rude when my husband said something about it. The girl tried to blame my husband for saying the wrong thing and I know for a fact he ordered correctly. He had to repeat himself multiple times. I would not recommend this “business” to anyone"

"I walked to the register and stood for a solid 2 minutes and no one ever helped me. I ended up using self checkout which was annoying because I couldn't use a coupon I brought. Food was fine, service was non existent."
