"They were out of beef I said it’s ok. When I drove through the drive thru the dude flip the finger at me. I was as proper as ever 3/2/24 10:45 never again at this location"
"Taco Bell always has good food but this location is trashy, nasty and ghetto. The employees curse at each other out loud in front of customers. Make fun of customers in the lobby. The lobby is absolutely GROSS! Trash and food on the floor. Employees leave their personal items all over the restaurant. Jackets and phone charges and multiple cups just left all over. Worst location I’ve been to. Stay away from this location and do your self a favor and make the drive across town to a different location"
"My experiences at the Taco Bell on College Street in Beaumont have consistently left much to be desired. It's evident that this location requires significant attention from upper management to address various shortcomings in operational procedures and guest satisfaction. One of the most glaring issues is the apparent lack of readiness among the staff to fulfill their duties effectively. During each visit, I've encountered team members who seemed unprepared, contributing to consistently poor experiences. Despite giving this location multiple chances, I've yet to have a satisfactory visit. It's clear that the team needs proper coaching to align with the expectations of their roles, as the current performance falls short. One particular frustration is the inexplicable practice of asking customers to pull forward in the drive-through lane to the front of the building, even when there's no one behind them. This unnecessary inconvenience adds to the frustration of an already disappointing experience. Furthermore, the consistent unavailability of essential ingredients for my orders is unacceptable. It's frustrating to visit a restaurant only to find key components missing from menu items. Additionally, it's concerning to observe that the entire staff appears to consist of young adults aged 18-25, who seem to lack adequate supervision. This contributes to the overall lack of attention to detail and inconsistency in service. A recurring issue is the absence of attention to detail, especially regarding order modifications. Despite clearly indicating my preferences, my orders have frequently been incorrect, highlighting a pattern of oversight and negligence. To add to the list of disappointments, during my recent visit, the drive-through sign lights and screen were off despite the location being open. This lack of basic operational awareness further reflects the need for improvement. In summary, the Taco Bell on College Street in Beaumont requires urgent intervention from upper management to rectify operational deficiencies and enhance the overall guest experience. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to others."
"Food was good but it was all just dumped in a bag. It was all half wrapped and half the stuff ended up in the bottom of bag. Had to put the meat and stuff back in the tortillas so we could eat them. This is our normal taco bell but I think we'll try some other restaurants fron now own. Do better"
"Person taking the order was extremely rude, typically go to the Dowlen location and the food is always fine. The nachos in my order tasted like the grease hasn’t been changed in a while… they were awful. The fries had no next to no seasoning on them. Tacos weren’t made correctly but tasted fine. Other locations are better"
