"Hello Reliable Reports. You are a fraudulent company that lies to Insurance companies. I have a ring camera on my home so I know that you did not speak to me, the adult homeowner about the home inspection. I went back and reviewed that day. You sent a report to Liberty Mutual stating I declined an inspection. Funny thing is you actually have to speak to someone to do that. They have cancelled my homeowner policy because of this lie. When I called your company, the lady was rude and would not provide the name of the inspector or a copy of the report. When I asked her again for that information, she said only Liberty Mutual Had the rights to that information. I will be reporting you to the BBB in both Texas and Colorado. This is unscrupulous behavior"

"Came to my house without notice a few weeks ago to take pictures then deny my homeowners insurance because of inaccurate information they told my insurance carrier. Despicable company, then no one answers the phones or emails to try and get an explanation."

"This company needs some customer service. They sent out an inspector with a beat-up old truck that looked like an old small Ford or Mazda pickup. There were no signs on the vehicle at all. I was in a meeting when I noticed this person taking pictures of my house and climbed my roof. I walked out there to question him. He stated that my house insurance called to request an inspection. I told him he should be knocking on doors or ringing the doorbell before climbing someone's roof. The Reliable Reports Inc. rep on the phone was not very pleasant, and I questioned her: Are your service inspection reps supposed to be ringing the door or knocking on the door before inspecting? and she admitted yes. I requested from the driver a business card, and of course he did not have his name on it. I called my insurance, and sure enough, they hired this company to do an inspection, and they also did not notify me that this inspection was being conducted. Working from home when someone starts climbing your roof without knowledge looks very suspicious to me, especially when the vehicle has no marks or signs."

"Extremely Rude.!! Insurance reporter came to my house to take pictures of my roof and basement windows, to give me an attitude, being disrespectful. I then called the phone number of Reliable Reports to file a complaint on the reporter Shockingly the lady on the phone had an attitude too !!!"

"These people just showed up at our door and some woman asked my son if she could come in the house - unannounced. He walked around back with her where she promptly started taking photos of our backyard. I came outside and asked who she was and why she was taking photos without permission. She said she called and left a message (for the precious owner). She then skulked away without ever showing us paperwork or any reason for being there in the first place. VERY sketchy! Beware! I got a photo of her car and will be looking for her around the neighborhood."
