"I would give this location 5 stars because the service with my dad was excellent. However, as far as the company? Not so much. My sister recently passed and named our father as the beneficiary on two policies. This company is only supposed to give policy information to the beneficiary. Somehow another family member was able to call a different location and got the information of how much the policies were for. And even tried changing his mailing address. We were pleased that this location followed procedure and policies but which ever location that gave out that information should be sued!! How could they let something like that just be given out? That wasn’t anyone’s business to know and then to try and have the checks sent somewhere else is unconscionable!!! They have no morals and I don’t wish to be associated with anyone that selfish and greedy!! Your day will come."

"I've only dealt with the office in Minden but they always treated me right and any time I couldn't come to the office my agent came to me in castor and Shreveport!"

"Kilpatrick insurance they are good insurance. But what i dont like about Kilpatrick is they dont explain about the insurance and how long can you be in the insurance before you miss a month.. I was in a process of moving .i had to fall back 1 month but promise that i was going to doubles my payment .Monica she is the agent with Kilpatrick she have never returned my call to explain the situation to me .i really dont understand why Kilpatrick is the only insurance company is like that lack of communication .. It was to high for me 68. 54 now im with another insurance companys treat you real good explain things to were you can understand .. Kil patrick yall agent Monica dont explain nor call you. Are nothing."

"This is a terrible agency. For years, I have been notifying them that a family member may have extorted insurance policies from my mother. No one would do anything about it. My mother is 87 years old now, and recently had her life insurance policy cashed in. She had been paying on it for years and was currently paying on it. When I got APS involved, they sent me paper work stating my mother had signed it over in 2014. She was 83 years old in 2014. When I called the cooperate office, they were very insensitive. They had not come face to face with my mother, they fax the paper work to the family member. He filled it out, had my mom sign it and faxed it back. There were no witnesses. I do intend to take action against this agency. I gave them contact names of all of the people that I had spoken with over the years."
