"I never had an issue with Uniforms Plus. The employees were always pleasant with me and very helpful with finding the correct uniform size for my child. I am pleased with their service. Their prices are also better than several other uniform stores around."

"Service is never friendly for starters. I placed an order for uniforms in June for over $220 (which was paid in full that day). Fast forward to today which is 3 days before school starts and i still havent received any of my uniform shirts! I called atleast three times to check on the status and get a rude answer everytime. I tried to call multiple times today and either the phone was busy or i was hung up on before i could even speak. do not recommend this place."

"I’m not even rating this place, had to give one star in order to leave a review. This is my second time here since staying in the parish and maybe the first time I was just naive to the kind of customer service I was receiving but this time they made it crystal clear. I’ve always shopped at Beaus whose staff is generally all kids and are more courteous than this “Family Owned” establishment. This year I split up my order between the two establishments. I placed this order online considering I had surgery and wouldn’t be able to be around the normal back to school crowd. Two weeks later no call about my order, emailed no response, called sorry sweetie it’s not done yet. Called today, and my gosh the way they answer they phone is like you’re bothering them. After locating my order I was informed its been ready. Get to the store and the young lady that works there gave me and my daughter the ugliest look from head to toe and in the rudest way possible said what you need. Excuse me what!!! Told her I’m here to pick up an order, she replied well what’s your name, I swear if I hadn’t already paid for my order online and wouldn’t been in the presence of my young daughter I would have walked out. She returned with my order while I was looking at other items , didn’t even ask if I needed help, went straight behind the counter when I got up there because y’all wouldn’t dare get another dime from me, she just said sign here. Now I’m not sure if it’s just me but I know when I’m not wanted some where and my money spends everywhere. I’m convinced they only want to serve a certain demographic of people. I’ll never step foot in there again."

"First I called, asked for 2 items and the sizes, they put me on hold to go check for the sizes, & told me they had them which means I drove there for nothing. When we get in there we were treated as if we were an inconvenience! I asked the young girl for the same size I inquired about on the phone when she TOLD my son "let me guess, you want the skinny fit right?" I answered, "no, original fit." She looked at us and said "well that's what "they" all have been wanting. I told her "it's good to be unique!." She picked up the pants and shirt that were NOT the sizes I asked for insisting I try a smaller size than my child needed. The older chunky lady showed her attitude by not even speaking to me at all? Any question the young one couldn't answer, she answered the questions BUT, LITERALLY, would ONLY look at the young worker, refusing to acknowledge me when answering. Oh, but When I was leaving out, a caucasian customer, who DID speak to me, entered and low and behold chunky made sure to greet and help her with NO hesitation nor attitude! Imagine that! ..Needless to say, I left them, those clothes, & their attitude! Something that business owners and workers should be mindful of especially during these times. Is how their workers are treating their customers, and the workers should remember, no customers, no profit, no profit, no job! 10 minutes after leaving this place, we were greeted, elsewhere, positively, assisted graciously, with purchases made swiftly!"
