"My vehicle was a stolen recovery taken to Premier Kia 12/23. I was notified my vehicle was ready for pick up 1/12. I text on 1/26 and notified I’d be on my way from Texas on 1/27. When I arrived I was asked to sign paperwork, given my keys, and thanked for my business- again reassuring me the vehicle was ready. When my vehicle was pulled to the front- a broken rear window was taped over, which I was told on 1/11 the glass company would fix on 1/12. I was also told the back carpet would be replaced or dried- when I removed the back floor mat there was mold indicating the carpet wasn’t dried, cleaned or changed. The service department stated they were unsure what happened, between the parts department stating they gave the glass’s to the glass company to install and the glass company stating they never got it- the job was never completed, followed up on, or checked for completion. My vehicle was paid for, I was contacted for pick up and drove 5.5hrs from Texas to pick up a vehicle that NO ONE laid eyes on to ensure the work was complete. I strongly recommend you ask for pictures and confirmation your work has been completed before heading to pay and retrieve your vehicle."
