Everything is always beautiful, very high quality and Jeanne is just amazing at taking the time to throw some suggestions your way if you are trying to decide on colors or fonts or whatever. In the shop are the most adorable gift ideas, monogrammed or not, so there is something for everyone. "Not handicap accessible or accessible if you have a stroller. Several steps up to get in the building. Nice store with cute items. Card reader didn’t work at register when my mom checked out. Sales associate had to type in credit card manually. I paid cash, but sales associate said register was broken. I was able to get pretty close to the amount of sale, only needing $.35 change (which I didn’t get). Asked for a receipt and was told they could only email or text receipt because they didn’t have a printer at the store. Very poor customer service as I reached out on their Facebook page and no one ever responded. I would not recommend this store."
