Day's Barber Shop

"My son got his first haircut here in 2014. I brought him and my 3 year old in to get their haircuts. I LOVE THE CUTS. That’s why I’ve been going for 9 years now. As I was watching them get their haircut an employee, which was a white woman with blond -short- boycut hair whose name I did not ask, (I will try to find out) started talking as loudly as she could to me. Therefore putting me on the spot. She was not cutting neither of my boys hair. As she rambled on asking me questions these are the comments I found rude. “wow you have 4 kids that’s a whole baseball team. You have a baseball team of kids” “you look good for a mom with that many kids.” “You have to have lots of money to have that many kids” “should have waited later in life around 40 but then you wouldn’t have any patience” Last time I checked a baseball team needs at least 7 players. Also, my body appearance is not something that should be discussed while my children are getting their haircut! She went on to say “your son is so polite and sweet” and I said yes he doesn’t make rude comments. I am at the point to where I either don’t bring them back and find a new barber or request everyone but her."

"They are exceptional at their jobs, but today I was put on the spot and told not to come back by Josh who as far as I know has no authority to do so, he and Tonya didn't even cut my hair I won't let them because they are honestly rude all the time but were apparently offended by my personality and my joke telling, I'm never going back because I've always hated how these two are everyone else is fantastic. If I could talk to the actual owner of Days I'd love to sit down with the man in charge because what happened today should have never happened at all!"

"Highly disappointed with my haircut I received. I asked for a medium fade, ended with a high fade, and my hair was all chopped off and I can’t even style it at this point, it looks like a thinned out mess. Normally have a middle part slicked back and ended up with a combover. I’m gonna have to regrow and retrain my hair and get multiple haircut to get it back how it originally was. Very sad"

"They claim to be open until 5 pm. I left work early and showed up at 17 minutes before 5 and they tell me they quit taking customers. I will never go back and I WAS a loyal customer. I will let everyone I know not to go there. I know a lot of vets."

"They keep raising their prices and changing their business hours. My husband keeps having to readjust. (He is a veteran) This is why they get 4 stars instead of 5. When he started going (with a military discount), it was $12. He's been going for about 2 years now, and now their price is $16 (with a military discount) [which is still a good price]. Everyone is nice. Tonya and Dawn are the best."
