"The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My favorite store!"
"No smiles the morality is low within this place a heaviness in energy in the atmosphere you pick up on negative emotions. The place needs New management with a outstanding attitude. New carpet looks great. The outside needs pressure washing. The items on the shelf look good."
"I am in the process of changing pharmacies due to the extremely rude and unprofessional staff. On several occasions I was told they didn't have meds to refill my prescription and no one ever knows when the meds will be in. On a different occasion I went to pickup my prescription and I was told it would be ready the next day. I returned the following day and was told the medicine wouldn't be ready until the next day. I then asked why was I told that the medicine would be ready today and she responded, "Look I don't know who told you that, it will be ready tomorrow" and lowered the blind as I sat there on the other side of the drive through window. On yet another occasion I called the pharmacy and by the grace of God someone answered because that usually doesn't happen and I asked if my prescription was ready. She responded no because we don't have any in stock. I asked if she could give me the nearest location of the next pharmacy that did have it and she said hold on, she then returned to the phone 1.5 seconds later and said no one has it but it will be ready tomorrow by 1p.m. My intelligence has been insulted and my business has been taken for granted far too many times for me to continue to patronize this location. The attitudes displayed and their lack of customer service skills are a poor reflection of CVS as a whole. I am certain CVS could get better quality employees by recruiting from Angola's inmate population. The citizens of the Northside of Lafayette deserve better."
"I have been to many pharmacies and this is by far the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Honing in on CVS, I've visited locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and 2 Connecticut locations, with no issues. I don't understand why the customer service at Moss street is abysmal. My doctor prescribed 3 medications. I went to the CVS pharmacy 2.5 hours later (after I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pick up). When it was my turn, she (a woman with brunette hair) told me only 1 of my 3 prescriptions were ready and that she didn't have the time to fill the other 2. I said, but I received the text saying my prescriptions were ready. She didn't apologize. She told me to come back 30 to 45 mins later. I begrudgingly agreed. I came back 90 minutes later. She told me they are out of my other prescription but she filled the 2nd one. When I asked her when she thinks they will be in stock, she said she didn't know. Fast forward until I came home and guess what? She gave me EXPIRED DRUGS. A medication that expires in April 2021 that I'm supposed to use for 30 days. Today's date is April 19, 2021. WHAT TYPE OF PHARMACY DOES THIS?!? A drug store giving expired medication to a paying customer is UNACCEPTABLE. Whoever filled this prescription should be fired, as this is a life or death situation. I'm filing a complaint with CVS. Thank God, I decided to read the box before immediately using the drug. I do not feel comfortable taking any of the medications (what if the other one in a filled container is also expired)? The customer service was atrocious and they are giving paying patients expired drugs. I should have read the reviews before telling my doctor to send the prescriptions to this location. I suspect this CVS pharmacy does whatever they want because this is a minority neighborhood. Giving expired medications would NEVER happen at the River Ranch location."
"Dropped off 4 prescriptions after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. Everything was fine until we were told we had to wait an additional HOUR on top of the hour and a half I was already waiting. All of my medicine wore off and my pain was really severe. The lines in the drive thru took 20 minutes at one point. Will definitely be finding a different pharmacy from now on because this isn't the first time they've done that."
