"Great boots. I own several pairs. Was in Baton Rouge and decided to visit the Tecovas store to add to the collection. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching the staff wait on customer after customer that had walked into the store well after I, I decided there are other boot brands that will appreciate my business more. It’s sad because they really do have wonderful product. Just really poor customer service in the store. Good bye Tecovas."
