"I just don’t know what’s wrong with these people. I waited weeks for them to fill my prescription and when they finally did, they insisted I pick it up immediately when I was home for Thanksgiving break. That was not possible for me. I have a life too. I was ready to pick it up with the prescription was sent, but y’all weren’t. Within days, they resold my medicine and deleted my prescription, I guess. To resell it after y’all always make me wait much longer is one thing, but why would you even delete it? What is the point of that? Every time I see a doctor to get a new prescription, it’s a $50 copay. The girl in front of me in line had the same problem which tells me it’s not a freak incident. I’m not even angry (at the of the day I doubt it’s the people working there’s fault,) I’m just really, really sad there’s so much greed in the world. Somebody’s medicine is more than a way for you to make money. I just felt too pathetic to wait and speak to the manager after she ignored me as a line formed, so I guess this review is just my way of feeling like I kinda almost said something. If I had my anxiety meds, perhaps I would’ve faced you."

"The pharmacy is the worst. The employees are rude and unhelpful. Tough luck if they don't have something in stock. It's your problem not theirs. They need to learn efficiency when filling prescriptions and an attitude adjustment."

"This is really a lousy Walgreens. Sometime ago I switched from their competitor across the street. At first, Walgreens was marginally better. Then it slowly became just the same. Now it's worse. The problem is clearly with management. Staff at the pick up are slow, don't really care about their jobs, and don't seem to care about efficiency or customer service. While the individuals might be slack, the real issue is that management is not providing oversight and making sure things work smoothly. I just waited 30 min with only 1 person in front of me...service was that bad but it's not unusual. I'll be changing."
