"As usual for every entry I am greeted and asked if I need any help finding anything. It always smells amazing and the staff are always smiling and actually seem like they enjoy their work and assisting to help customers."

"Visiting this area from out of state. Poor customer service not willing to help, I asked the lady at the door for a specific hand soap name, she point way across the room a top shelf. This was after I just made a purchased and attempt to look for this hand soap. I stated that's ok. She walk over and assist me after I stated I was leaving. I get to the counter and all the sales ladies chatting and laughing and not willing to check me out. Finally someone help but she continue her conversation in front me. I asked her to please help me so I can leave. Unorganized and poor customer services. Online works best for me."

"I love, love, love Bath and Body Works. I usually shop online because I don't like to shop in large crowds. But this time I decided to go to the store (Juban Crossings) to shop. Although it was extremely busy, the Staff was very friendly, and helpful. I definitely will keep shopping at Bath and Body Works online for sure and in the store whenever I need something ASAP."

"Went on Personal Bath day, it was so crowded you couldn’t walk the workers were great at restocking, They were out of something I wanted and only one girl named Zoey went out of her way to find me when she found a box in the back of the store! She was the best employee in my opinion! She did that not only once but twice!!!! While other workers just said oh no sorry we are all out! Thank You Zoey!"
