"I feel so ripped off. they charge 3x the amount and have a no return policy. On the receipt it says they accept exchanges, but when you come back to exchange your shoes, you are met with a hostile employee who claims they don’t do exchanges or returns no matter WHAT the receipt says. DO NOT SHOP HERE."
"Poor experience with this place! Be careful of the NO RETURN policy, that no one bothers to inform you about. They are charging 3x the amount of other places and won't allow you to return items that don't fit, or have damages, or quality issues. Horrible experience and I feel completely ripped off! Never shopping there again."

"Worst place ever to buy uniforms. We bought my daughter uniforms from here since we moved after the school year started and they were our only option locally since everyone else was out. Followed directions on pants and they shrunk 2 sizes. They would not exchange them after 1 week and first wash. We also bought a jacket that I just tried to get them to fix since the buttons are falling off. They will not do anything about that either and the jacket is less than 2 months old. They have the worst customer service and say they don’t care about reviews because people have no other option after school starts. Other than to order online. Sorry excuse for a store. I would avoid this place at all cost. We are out 7 pair of pants and will have to fix the jacket ourselves."
