"Pretty average experience. One of the vacuum didn't have a strong suction. I liked the rug cleaner a lot, makes it easier to get dirt out. I appreciate that the vacuum is complimentary! Sometimes, I don't need a car wash, just a simple vacuuming."

"I think the Bennys is a great car wash and would have given it a five star if not for the fact when I came home and looked at my rims were covered in a black greasy film so I had to wipe all my rims off but I will use this place often but I will not get the wheel cleaning anymore"

"I would give no stars of possible. I have been supporting this business for the past 3 years now and have received the absolute WORST customer service there is with these people, specifically the manager for the damage claims department. My tire caught a flat in the inside of the car wash and the car shop at Sam’s Club told me that the car wash had broken both of my valve stems on my front and back tires on the drivers side and that I was lucky that the back tire did not lose any air. The manager acted as if he didn’t care at all, said that it “doesn’t cost that much to fix”, and even compared it to me getting a flat on Walmart’s property, essentially trying to take ZERO responsibility for the fact that the car wash had broken off my valve stems. That was not at the fault of my own and the only “compensation” he offered was to add money onto my membership account when I deserve to be completely reimbursed for the cost of having to get my tires fixed. I will never give another penny to this establishment as long as they treat their customers with no care in the world."

"Scratched my truck bad. Noticed scratches on the tailgate yesterday noticed scratches on the side today. Now I have to pay more money to get this buffed out. Won’t be receiving services from me anymore."
