"messed up a hoodie i had ordered there was paint splashes it was faded in some areas an also had a black stain from it being pressed on the hoodies strings poor quaility also had pink lines on the front image of the hoodie bought it back i was told it was bc it had been folded up for so long thats why it looked like that which was only a week i told them i wanted a refund an that i didnt want the jacket bc i had already got another business to remake the hoodie the graphic designer had the most disgusting attitude! I was told to call the next i called the next day about my refund they still trying to remake the hoodie which i told them i did not want refuses to give me a refund will never ever in Life order anything from them how you gonna make me take a hoodie i said i didn't want another one made i just wanted my money back they refuse to give me a refund Never Again !!!!!"
"This place you can get all kind of tee shirts done here they very nice and friendly. All you do is text them what you want on your t-shirts they design it text design to you before putting it on your shirt and from there BOOM... It's done and look Beautiful. I used them all the time. I love K&M"
"So unprofessional claim to give great service..poor communication. Ordered one tshirt pd the day before scheduled pick up...was sent a plain graphic on the shirt suggested they add more color ...this was at 10:00 am ..it's now 3:30 pm and I called them and asked about my shirt .." oh we will call you about the shirt" ..I stated y'all close at 4: 30 I live in denham I can't rush back to scenic before y'all close.. they state oh you can just get your money back ..I tell them i don't want my money back I want my shirt ..the lady gets attitude first off y'all doing bad business..if this is how you make your money and if there were delays communicate that ...The satisfactory of your customers is your number one priority..They really need to do better"

"Short version: Dropped work off Tuesday. Advised needed Thursday. Said ok. Friday pickup after 2p.m. and they were closed. I waited until 8:45 and never recvd shirt. I'd asked for a refund around 4p.m. the young lady had an attitude the whole time, raising her voice talking to me like I was a child, being all condescending. She told me I couldn't get a refund without an actual receipt. I was not leaving without my shirts or my money. Now me being a graphic designer, thought I'd make her job a little easier by doing the layout for her myself, she gave me the wrong dimensions, 3 times. even admitting to me she doesn't know how to use PS. But that's neither here nor there. I'd already spoken with my customers, advising of the activity at the shop around 5p.m., because the shirts needed to be overnighted to ATL by Saturday morning. That never happened. When I asked for the refund, she should've given it to me then. It was only until she said she had to leave to pickup her children is when she decided to issue a refund for my shirts. I spent 4hours there on Tuesday doing the layout. All they had was press and print. I went back Thursday to pick-up the shirts and was advised they wouldn't be ready until 2p.m. Friday 13th. I spent another 6hours waiting. That's a full time job. There was another customer that she promised bandanas would be ready, she grabs her face and said she forgot to do it. But she didn't forget to do the young man's shirt for FREE for flirting and changing her tire. She put his shirt before all customers. Hers, theirs and mine. Not to mention the racists comments that he made in the lobby about white people, while my husband (who just happen to be white sat in awe and pretended not to hear. The color of his face said otherwise). Ipy. Never would I ever treat my customers this way. That's like going to Walmart and I have 3 items and the cashier skips me because customers behind me have more items and I have to wait until the end of her shift or until she felt like checking me out. She was to inadequate to have such an ego and a schneid attitude. When I am able to afford my own printer and press, and i pray it will be soon...best believe I will never in a million years treat anyone the way I was treated at this place. If I could leave a negative star,I would. It was uncalled for. All of it. Left feeling annoyed, angry and disappointed. Then I think she stole my layout for my customer too. But that's still up for debate. Lol. Frfr. The pics below were taken at 8:43 p.m. while she cupped her head and told another customer she forgot to do her order, immediately after telling me she had to go pick up her children. Like her life or her problems were more important than mine. She showed me no empathy lest respect, and yet expected me to do what she wouldn't do for me. Smh."
