"Sam’s audio was a great experience. It was simple at this well known audio dealership. They specialize in auto, marine, home surveillance and a lot more. I explained once what I was looking for in my 2500 HD and they did it exactly right the first time. Clear, clean music. They suggested that I go with the 2 12” T1D412, on my old school JL Audio 1000/1 class D amp and they paired up wonderful. And was they ever right! They also added JL Audio 400/1 4 channel on my factory door speakers and it is more clear than I expected it to be. Can’t wait to upgrade my factory highs and experience the true quality that is awaiting me. The more volume the clearing it gets! "Great place for a great sound system. After five years, i got rid of the car, therefore the speaker system these guys installed for me. 10/10 best experience! Never had any trouble with the system, battery, the car, or anything. The quality of the system was just as good as the day I got it installed. "Went to get a new system installed once o pulled up my car was working great I mean I drove there right!!! I pulled up my car was still working great when the young guy started my car it was still working great he pulled in the terminal to start work on my car they took the dash off to start installing the new system onecw he did that he put my key in the switch to try to the gear shaft once they did all of this my car key wouldn't move not even to start it so the guy as does you car do this all the time no it doesn't it have never did that so once they seen my care not starting or doing nothing they left my car sitting there not trying to figure what the problem was the just put ,it out of the terminal and contuied what they were doing I to call a tow truck send my car to shop to see what was the problem these people closed the terminal door on me because yes I was furious they broke my car and refuse to take responsibility for it they didn't even bother putting it back together they say once I got it started they would put it back together they offered nothing but rudeness I called everyday to speak to the owner but they kept say he wasn't there but I found out he works on the ammo side and still refused to help if they had a negative star they would get 5 this is not a.place you want to invest your money in with buying a car system because if something happens they won't take blame and their attitudes are horrible so this post I'm post it here and all over social media I was treated unfairly and they were very rude"
