"Spent too much money as I always do after Christmas here. My brother couldn't believe all the people there. I told him I had been there when people were standing outside waiting to go in. The customer service was great today."

"I placed an order online Friday and the next day I get a text saying my order was picked up. I was out of town and wasn't picking up my order until I returned Sunday. I called and the lady was rude on the phone which is unlike Bath and Body Works employees. I ended up speaking with someone else and that person was very nice and helpful. She said my order was still there and it may have been a glitch in the system. When I arrived Sunday they couldn't find it in the system. Two young ladies searched and found my order. This shouldn't have happened but I understand things happen. The ladies apologized for the inconvenience."

"If I could give 0 stars I would . Some lady that’s Asian or Mexican , shooed me away from the door and said yall were to capacity's limit as like 5 people came out but then she let the two people she was talking to go in after having the audacity to call me rude infront of them , after I told her I’ll take my business somewhere else. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant and she watched me struggle get out the car as is. Messed up and I felt truly unwelcomed and discriminated against ! Sad situation. Do better …"

"We went to get In the Stars perfume and lotion. We were greet very nicely and shown where the perfume was. I always enjoy their buy 2, get 1 free (or buy 3, get 1 free) sales! Our cashier was extremely sweet and told us about how much she loved the scent we got. She even told us about how they had a bubble bath version last year and it made her feel like a Queen. She even went out of her way to show us what the container looked like it case they bring it back this year. Obviously LOVED her energy."
