It was such a great experience, i then reached out to him again for another 4 runner for my son. He lives out of town (college) and this was a graduation gift. "I would not recommend this dealership to someone buying any car especially out of state buyers. Im located in california. I purchased my dream car from them, a 2021 toyota supra back in june of 2023 from justin. He was super helpful when i called but as the deal started to progress he got more and more unpleasant to deal with. Once we started to talk serious numbers about the car, there were random people that would come in and do credit apps for it and he would put me on a waitlist as we were almost in the middle of a deal which was unprofessional. We then got more into numbers and just like every dealership they have “add ons” which are “non negotiable” like the paint sealants which are very cheap products and take 1 hour to apply if that. I know because i do auto detailing full time focusing on paint protection film and ceramic coatings for high end brands and clients. We then got to financing options which i put a lot down on the vehicle which should hopefully make me a priority in their eyes since I’m serious about the car but complete opposite. He would hardly return my calls and texts maybe replying once a day about shipping options for the vehicle as well as a clear receipt of everything thats included in my loan. My only options were to use their shipping company (open flatbed) or fly there and drive the car back. They wouldn’t let me use my own means of transportation. Now we get to signing the papers for the car which we had to setup a notary to come to my house. 3 weeks into the deal this was the first time i had seen a physical list of what i was purchasing for the car, luckily everything was correct but i had zero knowledge or peace of mind on the numbers. Even the notary was shocked that i had zero knowledge on the pricing, he said it was unprofessional. We then get the papers sent back and the car gets shipped and takes 6 days from texas to california in an open trailer. When I received the car there were no documents inside for me, not even one piece of paper showing i own the vehicle. Exterior was dusty to be expected but interior was very greasy from most likely armor all wipes, but they charge a few hundred for this. I spent my delivery day cleaning all this grease off the interior, you couldn’t even drive the car comfortably. Fast forward a month haven’t even heard from the salesmen about how did delivery go or even if i have papers. I reached out to him august 21st and asked him for papers which he said they probably never got sent out but he made the deal so he should be checking on this for me to make sure his clients are satisfied. I value customer service highly as this is what I strive my business on. It is now september 3rd and have no papers, plates expired on august 15th and cant even drive the car legally because my insurance provider needs my registration which i don’t have. Also it was “sent” by mail which has very important documents which I haven’t received, not even a tracking number at the very least. I am beyond upset and dissatisfied with the customer service offered at this dealership especially with buying my dream car. I called again august 31st asking the receptionist for the finance manager and left a voicemail for him. Its now sep. 3rd and no call back or text. I have been ignored and pushed to the side most likely because i live out of state and its another deal to them that they don’t have to see the customer which is highly unprofessional. -dominick d"
