"Go somewhere else like I am/did. Vacuums have been broken for months and as of today they are still not working and more than half of the vacuums have no hose… the few vacuums that do have a hose are broken and in bad shape. The vacuums have not been on for months. Finding a cloth to dry your vehicle is a hit and miss and as of today… 2 out of the 3 entry gates are not working. I’ve been a customer here for about 3 years or so and the quality of this car wash has went down drastically. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"I have used magic Xpress on Highway 365 since it open. Over the last two years it has gone way down in performance compared to what it used to be. Most of the mechanical parts in the wash don’t work brushes don’t turn sprayers don’t spray correctly and more. I keep using it due to the ease of convenience or being lazy and not washing my car by hand. It is to the point then I’m probably ready to cancel my subscription due to the lack of their performance not having enough people in the wash bay entrance using the bug cleaning solution machine, etc. ."

"This has got to be the worst car wash. They constantly have some sort of issue so they close a lot and if they are open,the wash itself is trash. My car is not even remotely clean or dry when I go through and today the soap isn't even washed off! I have to go somewhere else to wash the soap off! Absolutely awful"

"I frequently use this car wash and I am not satisfied with the staff have scrubbing the fronts of my vehicles leaving bugs on the car. I have came and some staff do a great job and others are just going through the motions. Also, have of the vacuums do not work properly. Management needs to address this with the staff on a regular basis."
