"STOP DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!!!! I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from here in September 2023. As I’m leaving off the lot with the vehicle, my sales person texted to see how was I liking the car. I sent her a screenshot of a dashboard light that came on that I didn’t know anything about. She told me “that part is on back order, don’t worry it’s all good” so I didn’t think much of it. In October I started hearing a sound as I was driving so I called to let them know and they told me to bring it in so they can check it out. Mind you I live in Lafayette so Lake Charles is an hour away, I was frustrated because I drove an hour away to be told they don’t hear what I hear when I’m driving. Fast forward to January, the car won’t turn left or right, it starts and goes forward and back but it won’t turn at all. I get it diagnosed and turns out the light that came on the day I drove off the light that the sales person told me was on back order is it was on is the problem with the car. I called the dealership and explained the issue they tell me to contact my warranty. I get in touch with the warranty department and they say that’s not covered in my warranty. I let the dealership know that I was told by my sales person that it was on back order as if they ordered it and was waiting for it to come in. For days all o got was the run around from them. They transferred me to so many different managers, I even sent a screenshot of the text message to a “manager” they were all so unprofessional. I never got an answer or a call back but they text me for me to submit a review. I never knew for a dealership to sale a lemon. If you’re not purchasing new please be careful with this place."

"When I bought my car I had no issues. I’ve had frequent issues since. That includes while having my vehicle repaired on two occasions. Today I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up without talking to anyone. I contacted the text option and they were helping me contact service then They told me an internet sales representative will be with me shortly after texting about me needing to talk to service. If my car wasn’t under warranty I’d be taking it somewhere else. I thought maybe I was having a run of bad luck but after reading the reviews I see I’m not the only one."
