Unhelpful, pretty much had to rely on clerks to help her, unfriendly and what gives with the awful looking house shoes??? Really???? When everyone else was wearing boots or real shoes and western wear she looks like she just got out of bed."

"Great selection of boots for both Men & Women! But the customer service is about like the outlet. I asked the guy checking us out to put my boots in a box and put something inside the boot to keep it shape. Im traveling with these. He looked at me like I had 2 heads and had just asked him to run 3 miles up hill. He got a box and then just put paper in the toes of the boot. Not gonna keep the shape, but at this point whatever. Just check me out. His coworker told him what to get, but he obviously blew him off. At their outlet store they at least put a card board boot shaper in the boot. Put each boot in a plastic bag, then in a box. It is sad when your outlet store bags them up better, yet both have employees who would rather be anywhere but there."
