"Horrible experience with Hixson in Alexandria. Gary Johnson is not professional at all. After all the cars I have purchased with Hixson. I was told I was the worse customer ever. When only calling to get answers regarding my paperwork. On top of that my interest rate is high when my score is a 690... days later it was brought to my attention I was 10,000 up side down. This is definitely a lesson learn for me. I truly regret going here. I promise I will never come here ever again. You call to ask questions and nobody seem to have an answer because they got over me.
