"Was taken as a walk in before a ball and it was a wonderful, professional experience. You are greeted immediately and everyone is kind and attentive. There are hundreds on choices! They will help you and are kind, supportive and gentle. We did not feel rushed to pick. We do not get false nails and barely get them done ever but Lan's definitely made me appreciate how this needs to be done as a routine and not just for special occasions. I loved the salon and its decor. There are rows for pedicures and special areas for manicures. It is well-designed and spacious. It is sanitary and welcoming. Our nails are natural nails just painted with gel one one and longer lasting, regular polish on the other hand. I love my modern french manicure. There were so many colors that we found the perfect shade for my dress immediately. As well, my daughter lived her experience and the shade and sparkle was perfect. It really completed the entire look of our dresses. I highly recommend Lan's. It is conveniently located near Rouse's. The location is also inviting, new and well-maintained. I am immensely happy we found it and will return whenever we are back in the city. You should definitely get your nails done here."

"Lan's Nails saved me from pain! I had a horribly in-grown toe nail, and after showing them the issue, they willingly took me on as a customer and worked my toe. I feel SO MUCH relief and can run without pain again. During my Pedi, my technician chatted with me and made sure I was doing okay (it was a really bad nail). The massage chair was lovely, and the actual "Pedi" part of my visit was great. I will definitely return. It's no frills salon where you get exactly what you want from the kind technicians who work there. Definitely a hidden gem on the Westbank!"

"I tried to give this place another chance. I can’t. First off, it took 3 hours in the nail shop. The lady started on me and kept getting up to do other people in the middle of me. I tried to be understanding cause it was busy. Today I came back it’s only 4 customers in here.. I’ve been waiting an hour still. No one is in here and the lack of professionalism, timing, and work ethic is lacking. In august I got a full set, I came back in September for a refill. In late September I came back for a new set cause I’m like I don’t want two refills. She insisted I get a refill cause she didn’t feel like waiting for the soak off. It took almost 2 months for the refill to loosen up and come off on it’s own. My real nails came off, my nails were getting infected, and it was so painful. NEVER come here. I’m begging you. Really ruined my engagement party, birthday, and vacation nails!! Just 3 awful experiences here!"

"They do good work but I won’t get a pedicure here anymore because they don’t use sterile tools. Basically, they can be cleaning my feet or hands with tools they used on someone’s fungus feet. A refill and pedicure was $56."
