"My daughter and my sister’s appointment was both at 8am. Brought them on time and my sister was started immediately, but my daughter had to wait for her stylist to arrive, which pushed back her time. It took them 3 hours to do a simple wash and press for my daughter and my sister , my sister hair didn’t even look like it was done and she had a make- up appointment for the 10am, they claimed that we ended the service early but the stylist is the one who told us it she was done, but nothing was silk about the press. No type of heat protection was added in my sister hair, she knows the process because she gets it done very often. My sister also said that she was getting burned and rudely the stylist said it was the steam but NEVER in the 5 years of her getting her hair done by our usual stylist has she EVER been burned by steam. No way in the world has it ever taken my usual stylist 2 1/2 to 3 hours to do a silk press. Also, my daughter expressed to me that the stylist was doing other people’s hair why she was just waiting instead of getting her first client out first, this was because she was over booked and late arriving , but your first client should have been taken care of. They make the parents sit in the car while the child get their hair done , which I was okay with, but when I picked my daughter up she expressed to me that she was yelled at because she jumped from being burned from the flat iron. On top of that the services for both my daughter and sister was paid before hand in cash and the stylist took it upon themselves to pin curl her hair without my knowledge and tried to charge me an extra $15 on top of the $250 I had already paid for the services. The owner stated that it was discussed that my mother claim to have wanted the curls to last ( which didn’t make sense since they was already running late for the photo shoot ) but me nor my mother had that conversation with her about “maintenance” and if we did why wasn’t it communicated and added when I paid the $250 earlier and not afterwards. They was very unprofessional having side conversations about my mother while she was standing there, it’s not about what you say, it’s about how you say it. They are over priced and we only choose to give this black own business a chance because our usual stylist was booked, so money is never the problem. The problem is that they don’t really specialize in kids natural hair like they portray. If your a real stylist it shouldn’t matter how a person hair is, you should be able to execute any style or if you wasn’t able to do it right it should be communicated that your not able to do it. But thanks for the service, you don’t have to worry because we will NEVER book with them again."

"Over priced for the work they provide and unprofessional. I will never visit again. My daughter's hair looked like something I could have done. They missed the silk for the press. My daughter gets her hair done often and is very healthy. They yell at the kids and talk reckless to them. That's why the parents have to leave out."

"Very unprofessional. Work is horrible and they talk crazy to your kids. I only booked with them because I couldn't get in to see their regular hairstylist and they needed to take important pictures. I paid before services was complete. BIG MISTAKE! Thank God MY child's normal hairstylist felt sorry for her and fixed her hair for her. When my daughter came to pick up her kid they said we owe more money. Why wasnt this mentioned when I paid before the services. Kids left very unhappy. Their experience was horrible. I waited outside and wished I didn't. You can flag this email as well as you don't have to worry about me every visiting your salon again."

I would recommend her to anyone who needs thier kids hair done! She was also amazingly patient with my son who can never sit still to get his hair done. If I could give her 10 stars I would."
