"Decided to get my nails done and I've been here before years agoooo and they were pretty good..... thought about going here again but the first lady who was working my nails made them way too short like way too short it was like what's the point of paying for them and so I told her she said OK I thought she was gonna make them longer. She kept filing them down and then her boss or who I assume was her boss kept hovering over us while she was doing my nails and so I decided to say, can she make them longer and her boss stepped in and decided to rip off the acrylic tips and ripped off the acrylic tip on my thumb which caused my whole nail to rip and as I'm trying to see what just happened the lady is pulling my hand back not letting me see what happened and then she proceeds to take a nail tool She just used another customer to try and clip my nail although I did not allow her to because that is unsanitary and disgusting pretty sure the tool was not sanitize. I just walked out"

"$40 dollars to paint a 4 year old hands and feet..with gel polish $65 for my hands no extra nails or overlay and feet with basic pedicure with gel polish.. $15 dollar eyebrows.. and I still left a tip but the cheapest option was 17 bucks.. I really felt blindsided when it came to pay cause the people was so nice . What a pity.."

"My first time here was my last.. I was charged $20 for my brows and lips waxed only for her to do little to nothing to my brows and the next day started getting tiny pus bumps around where she waxed because she didn't clean at all just put the wax on my face. These people need to shutdown."
