"Note: NEVER VISITED. NO RATING."
"On 7/17/21 "Sasha," returned my inquiry and confirmed appt for Friday, 7/23 @ 10 am for medium box braids, including bringing 12 pks of hair at the cost of $140.00. I showed up at the given address. A teenager answered the door after I rang the bell and knocked 2 times each. Teen said Sasha was home. Sasha came to the door in her lingerie and seemed confused about why I was at her door. Despite showing her notes where I wrote down day and time, she stated appt. for 11:30 am. but could not remember the style requested. Sasha went into a back room and returned a few minutes later, still asking what type of hairstyle I wanted, despite prior confirmation of braid style, price, day, and time. At this point, I felt unwelcome and chose not to stand in the living room of an individual who did not seem to want to complete a styling, she confirmed. This braider was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this, mainly if you are uncomfortable being served in a private home rather than a salon."
"I had an appointment for 8:00 in the morning. I got there at 7:52 and rang the doorbell, no answer. I rang the doorbell again and called twice, no answer. I decided to sit in my car until 8:15 and than I called again, no answer. I went home and called another stylist who could braid my hair and she told me to come now. At this point, I sent Sasha a CashApp request to refund me my $40.00. At approximately 9:07, she called to tell me that I could come now. She said that she worked until 1:00 in the morning. No apologies or nothing. At this point, I am waiting for her to refund me my $40.00 because I was on time for my appointment. If the shoe was on the other foot, she would want her money back."
