"This place & Mia’s on Lapalco Blvd are horrible!! The disrespect is intolerable. I work hard for my money, so if I walk into your establishment, I’m paying for a service, and a great one at that. I was very upset at her attitude when I visited yesterday afternoon. Her energy immediately proved that she didn’t feel like doing my nails. Very poor customer service! I’m an Alpha female, I don’t take disrespect lightly. In a very calm tone, I expressed to her that her behavior was trash! Do not go there! They’re not kind, pleasant or warm. I’m sick of these nail shops and their poor customer service! Something has to be done! P.S. Don’t go to Mia’s on Lapalco as well! They’re worse!!!"

"this nail place is the worst place to go for alterations. after me trusting them with my pants and designer shirt i feel a ways about the butchering that they did on my pants and poor tailoring to my shirt was unrealistic. in good faith I put my money into their hands prior to picking it up which I should've never done. I should've waited until I tried it on first after but me going to them previously you would've thought they would have been more apologetic for messing up my garments. The grandmother is incompetent, the daughter is ignorant, and the mother is even worse. Rude and abrasive they all are but it wasn't about the $100 for me. It was the customer service. It was the audacity of messing up my garments and wasn't even willing to fix them so this post is not out of anger is out of hurt because the little could've done was apologized to a customer who guaranteed their payment before even trying it on. but that's my fault for even trusting and "nail tech" family with a sewing machine with my designer items."

"I used to love this place, but idk if it’s because the pandemic or other circumstances but the customer service has took a complete turn to horrible. I tried them today. It was the owner and her daughter in the shop. Her daughter had a client so the owner took me immediately, I wanted coffin shaped nails. She glued every last nail onto my skin and they were sticking up not even glued down. So I said I wanted her daughter to do it. She started taking the nails off aggressively telling me it will take 40 minutes. I said I’ll come back. They never called. I wasn’t returning anyways. The owner does horrible work, she can not do good nails or feet and the only other option is her daughter and she’s always really busy. Very pricey for poor quality work. When you complain they start talking about you in their language, and the mom gets really mad if you don’t like her work. Do not ever go there ever."

"The nail tech went out her way to execute my nail design. They didn't offer anything to drink. Customer service was okay. Pricey."

"They have really slacked in service...... had a pedicure well no cuticle lotion was applied nor was the cuticle utensil used. I had to ask did they still use base coat after she started to polish without it, then after I requested she used it. This is basic pedicure 101. Did I even get the leg massage/circulation inducer nahhhhh they didn’t do that either. So with that being said this will be my last visit. Service and value don’t add up. There are too many other shops that offer these things in this area. They better wake up or be forced to close, because competition is tight in our area. Stop taking short cuts, and clean up shop. Former customer."
