Makeup Meltdown

"I hired MM for my wedding for bridal and bridesmaid hair and makeup and a tan. Brittany and Macy did amazing jobs. They were so friendly and skilled. Everyone said I looked beautiful. I don't have all my photos back yet but I will add some examples. They were helpful with adjusting to some changes in the plan."

"I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in November that Brittany did. They didn't show up on time, and then did not answer the phone for 30 min as we were frantically calling trying to figure out where they were. When they finally answered the phone, they explained that they had overbooked for the day and were unable to get there on time. They ended up getting there an hour and a half later than when they were supposed to. They didn’t offer a discount, and they didn’t even do a follow up call after the wedding to apologize. I will say they did a good job with the makeup, however it was not worth the anxiety that their lack of professionalism caused."

"Brittany did an AMAZING job on me & my friend's makeup for a Mardi Gras Ball. I found her on FB so I was nervous. She completely put us at ease. She showed up exactly on time and even though the house we we're renting was surrounded by construction & very hard to get to, she was very accommodating. She was very friendly & she communicated openly with us about our expectations. My makeup looked exactly like the pictures I had shown her. "I found Ms. Teen on google and decided to book her services for my birthday make up on March 24th, 2018 @ 6pm. The deposit was sent on Cash app on March 6th in the amount of $50.00. I arrived to New Orleans on March 23rd and sent my hotel details to her. The day of the event, I sent her a text requesting she text me when she was on the way to my room. She text back at 6:11 stating she could not find anywhere to park and that the Sheraton on Canal St. would not Allow her to park since she was not a guest. I immediately called her with no answer. I went to valet and they informed me anyone could park at the hotel for a fee. She sent a text saying her phone was broke and that she couldn't answer. So, I left her a voicemail and text her the parking details. No answer and no text back. I requested my funds be return by 7pm that day and sadly she has yet to return my money. What upset me the most was that she lied about being able to park. She stated she once had a shop in downtown New Orleans so she was more than familiar with the area. This is not the kind of business that should be conducted with clients nor the professionalism of the sort. *sigh*"
