"I'm sitting in my car outside the salon. First off, no getting, no hello, nothing. I walked in and just stood for about a minute taking it in. The workers looked at me and kept going. Also, they're understaffed. There 5 people waiting, 6, if you include me. Only 3 people working, 2 of them were on one woman. Nope. My time and money will go elsewhere....and, I'm from NYC, I can just wait till I get home where the salons are much more professional."
