"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! This is my second time having my hair braided there, I have to say my very first experience was amazing. This second time TODAY Mrs. Abiba bedside manners were horrible..just awful. She started screaming when I ask questions about the pattern she had in her mind for me which was not what I ask for, I showed her the picture of how my hair was braided when I was there before, and I wanted the same style and thickness. I specifically stated cornrows to the back, with one single row of in the back, exactly as the picture. Nothing misleading...not all Africans can braid thick and shoulder length hair. I will not be returning my hair looks a hot mess for $100 bucks....I hope Yo-you return from maternity leave soon!!!! Just terrible!!!!!"
