"Nails was beautiful and perfectly done, but the appearance of the shop definitely needs a uplift. The seats are filthy. The floors needs to be done in the bathrooms. Need a redo very unclean."

"Rude. Horrible customer service. Picky on who they choose to service. Takes cash only during busy holidays. They rob the black ppl of NOE by doing half a$$ nail jobs. I do not recommend. Once upon a time this was a great nail shop. They fell off."

"Usually my favorite nail shop in the city but I don't know what's been going on with them my nails look amazing but they only lasted one week instead of two before they begin to lift haven't did any hard labor to cus this issue so it must be the products they been using or the nail tech rushing to finish the process but I don't appreciate it one bit for a full set services I normally could keep them two weeks plus however I did like my designs outcome all but one but I was able to add diamonds to it to satisfy me it I don't know if I return here I'll be sure to try a new tech in hopes for better results"

"I’ve patronized this shop for over a year and I’ll no longer do so. Got a gel refill on Wednesday, my polish began peeling on several nails the same day! In addition, The acrylic chipped on one of my nails. I told the tech doing my nails that the timer was going off way too fast, which is why the acrylic eventually peeled. Returned on Thursday, had my polish reapplied, was sat at THE SAME DRYER that was going off too quickly, once again not thoroughly drying my nails. It’s Sunday, and almost every nail has peeled polish. A waste of 30 dollars."

"I always love my nails from here...just need them to make sure all techs groom the finished project better, the rough spots or the under the nails after all is done. 5 stars no less"
