"I would like to warn the public not to go to this person named Sandra offering services. The facility is not clean and Sandra raises her prices constantly without warning you. She does not take you on time and worst of all she talks on the phone during your treatment time and the results do not occur that are supposed to be permanent. I went for many years thinking my underarm hair and bikini line and upper lip hair would be gone but the hair is not gone. She is very rude and insulting and sarcastic, she was as Keats making me the butt of her jokes."

"I would urge everyone who goes there to beware! After 18 sessions I decided I felt like something was wrong! I went to see two other professional electrologist which are board certified and both confirmed that the hair should no longer have a large shaft and be returning within a few days of treatment. After seeing another provider 3 times I have had hardly ZERO hair return in treated areas! She doesn’t change the settings and pulsing the hair only ONCE is not killing the follicle!! Also did not read medical history to find I was allergic to latex and cross contaminated gloves while answering the phone during treatment and the door.. LESSON LEARNED"
