"I really wanted to like this place, I really did. I saw the page & thought they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately hair was cut unevenly & I cannot wear my hair in any other style besides a bun or down because you can see how uneven the cut is. I reach out to Morgan to get a partial refund because I have to get my hair fixed (another $250) it took her forever to respond to me and even after I sent pictures she took almost another two weeks to address my concern. I wasn’t mean or nasty in the messages at all, so it seemed like she was avoiding me so she didn’t have to take responsibility for my uneven hair cut & bangs. She did give me a partial refund , but it was way less than I was hoping because curly haircuts aren’t cheap! She said that even her ponytail isn’t all the way around, but Ive never had a haircut where my ponytail is so lopsided that everyone makes comments about it. It’s really unfortunate that my hair came out so bad, cos I really wanted to like it there. Update! They responded to my review in yelp & as a woman in the service industry I can confidently say to avoid this place at all costs!"

"I came in to ringletts for the first time and I’ll never go anywhere else. Kendra was very professional and patient. I got lost on the way and she took the time to stay on the phone with me to direct me to the salon until I arrived. Kendra then explained every step of her process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She did my hair better than any stylist I’ve ever been to. Will be back!"
