"Service was good. The manicure (full set) was awful. Thick rushed just not polished. I've had MUCH better full sets than this, much better. So disappointed. I paid for this mess. Will not ever go back."
"I'm always happy with my nails when I go there. The atmosphere is nice and so are all the people who work there."
"This is my first time in this establishment. I received a gel mani and a regular pedi from two different nail techs. I have received better pedicures in other establishments, however, the pedicure was acceptable. On the other hand, the manicure was atrocious. Nail polish was left on my skin to dry and my cuticles were not cut properly. My nails were not painted professionally and did not look clean cut as seen in the photo attached. They looked as if I had painted them at home which is why I pay for a service. I will not be returning to this establishment."
"First, I just want to say my review is not based on one experience. I have received service here now roughly 6 times. 1). The location is convenient since I just started working in the area. The establishment itself is nice. Very pretty on the inside. 2) Quality of service is average. My very first visit I requested a full set and pedicure. While sitting to get my pedicure, another woman attempted to start on my nails. I know this is customary in some places, but I don't like this, especially if the chairs are not designed for dual services. I rejected the attempt and received nasty stares. I would like to add that the pedicure was acceptable, but I've had better quality of service. I mentioned multiple times that I wanted my nails cut down, and the lady barely took any nail off. I had to cut them at home. The full set was irregular in shape, and I had to go back in that same week to have it fixed (at my expense). The lady Ms. Jennifer lied about her ability to do lash extensions and wasted my time booking an appointment with her for the service, only to have her tell me when I got there (after a very in depth conversation about my expectations) that she uses temporary glue that is used for one day wear strip lashes. An having her try to rush and start putting them on me while I was seated upright. I declined that service as well. Moving forward, I've had a few refills and polishes done, and they were acceptable (of average quality). The pictures below are from today, 3/24/2022. I wanted a simple refill as you can see the shape of my nails are all different. They aren't square square as requested, and the gel polish completely lifted off my pinky in a solid sheet within minutes of me leaving. While getting the service, I repeatedly mentioned to Ms. Sue that I was not satisfied with the dipping and bubbles in the polish. Her solution was to add more polish, which led to my nails looking thicker and more rounded. It wasn't until I mentioned to another nail tech while getting up, that I was not satisfied that an attempt was made to try and fix it. However, at that time, I was already upset and out of time. Literally, within minutes of leaving, the polish lifted off my pinky. I called back to request a refund and was told I could only receive a partial refund, to cover the polish only. It's hard to tell in the pictures, but Ms. Sue also butchered my cuticles, and I requested to have the skin removed. She told me that she could only add oil to it. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will still be on the hunt for a new nail tech."
