"Helen is a true professional who does beautiful work. She takes time to consult clients on how their brows to look and takes into account face structure, skin type, etc to produce beautiful brows for all clients!"
"Helen has done an amazing job with my eyebrows. I love the low maintenance of having natural-looking brows with microblading. Thank you, Helen. I'm a forever customer."
"All around great experience! Helen was super sweet and is a truly an expert at brows. I went to her for microblading and wound up getting shading too to achieve the look I wanted. I trusted her to reshape mine and they came out amazing. Just left an hour ago and I’ve already gotten multiple compliments. No lie, it does hurt, but totally worth it! Would highly recommend Helen!"
"First of all I want to say that this post isn’t to bash Helen or her business. I have read the reviews here and on other sites and I will agree with being rushed out and “sharing” an appointment time with several others. I will say that I did not experience any disrespect from her like others have said. I have been wanting to get my brows done for several years, I did my research, read reviews and had it narrowed down between Helen and another lady. I knew someone personally that had their brows done by Helen and they are beautiful. The color and shape is perfect, they are natural and look like brow hairs. I talked with her and asked if she had any regrets and she said “no”. Even though it is a 6 hour drive round trip for me, I booked the appointment. I went in March for the initial service. When I left there I was in love with my brows, the shape and the color. Over the next few weeks I noticed that my brows were turning a bluish/gray color. I reached out to Helen and she said she would look at them at my touch up. When it came time for my touch up, Helen cancelled the day before because a lot of people have cancelled due to it being Easter weekend and it wasn’t worth it to come for a couple of people. I told her I had already taken off work and was about to head that way due to the drive and that I had an anniversary trip coming up the next week and really didn’t want to go with bluish eyebrows. She told me to take a pencil and color over them. I went to the touch up appt in May and decided to go with microshading also. I had already paid Helen 632.50 for the first visit (550.00 and a 15% tip) the touch up appointment was an extra 150.00 due to the microshading so I am now at 782.50. She numbs my brows and I go back and she looks at them and starts the procedure. Mid way she tells me she is making them darker this time because of how they faded. I was shocked when I saw how dark they were, but I was hopeful once they faded it would be ok. It’s been over 3 months and they have not faded at all. I’m a natural blonde with light eyebrows and charcoal black brows now. You cannot see hair strokes, I look like I have two solid tattoos for eyebrows. My eyebrow hair is so much lighter on top of the dark that the hair looks white. I went to a plastic surgeon to see about having them removed and was told I will never be able to completely get rid of them, I will always have a blue outline. I went to another person who microblades and was told the only way to cover the “bluish” tones was to go darker with the same “color wheel” that the brownish color I should have had would not cover that. I went to a tattoo artist to see what their opinion was and was told the same thing. A lighter color isn’t going to show up. Helen did offer another appointment, but I had to cancel because of work and honestly I felt like it would have been a wasted trip and I didn’t want to sink anymore money into this. I cannot go without makeup at all, I have to put concealer over my brows to try and hide the color and then fill them back in with a blonde/taupe color. I am so self conscious of my brows now and very disappointed this happened. I would have rather had the color issue explained to me and stopped there than to keep on, especially with microshading the wrong color. So this is just something to take in to consideration. I had 100% trust in Helen and her skills. Like I said…I love the shape of my brows, but I am a blue eyed blonde who has never had a dark hair on my body…dealing with dark charcoal bluish brows on my face that I have no good options to fix is disheartening. So many have had beautiful results, I’m not sure what went wrong with mine."
