"I really enjoy this place it has been the better experience for me getting my eye brows down in New Orleans. However I was disappointed when they raised the price for the brow ritual. I have had a few brow rituals and they seem to come with less each time. Most importantly they stopped doing the eyebrow mapping. My artist was just freestyling my brows and did not check in with me. My brows were uneven and not the shape I desired. I was willing to pay extra for the brow ritual and all the benefits listed online even with the new price. I just hope they can start including all that is listed again because it is a great service when done as advertised"

"I visit this establishment monthly , sometimes twice a month! However during special events if you are 5 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment and will not call you to see if you are near. I’ve waited many times 10-15 minutes for my scheduled appointment but they do not grant the same. Therefore, I will not give them another dime. When I am a loyal customer, I am loyal and will even refer people. They are a clean business but I prefer loyalty when during business. I wish I could upload all of my scheduled appointments so that you all can see how often I book and I’ve been going here since they’ve been open for the convenience. But no more! Today I called and they said that they could not take me because of a scheduling conflict. I was logged in 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment & waited because the text told me to wait and then 5 minutes after that, it told me to call them. However, during another year, during a special event, it was the same issue. I am a business owner and I always give my loyal customers special care. And let me add, this place is not cheap! This is an easy $30 for just threading."
