"You ask to be booked on a Fri at 5p. Stylist agrees but mistakenly books you for a Wed (a day she does not even work at 5p). Salon charges YOU full price as a "no show" for a service you couldn't have received because the stylist wasn't even there! No apologies for the mistake or any attempt to negotiate in good faith because the error was made on their end. Terrible customer service."

"5 stars are not enough! From the moment of arrival, you will be blown away from the 10 star greeting by the gorgeous owner herself, the cleanliness and the luxury design of the salon. AND as if that experience wasn't the best already everyone is treated like family and the vibe is phenomenal. My daughter's master stylist IS Kewain and when I say my overly picky very sensitive and tender head child smiled so hard with her results, her face had to be hurting. To put the cherry on top she even checked on her the day of her Homecoming to make sure her hair was holding up. The lovely and gentle Kewain is too amazing with her gift of making you feel and realize that you are your best self!"
