Supercuts

"After paying $80.00 in Mid City for a horrible haircut I walked into Supercuts on a Sunday morning to see if it could be "fixed". Kourtney listened to me and exceeded my expectations. She did an awesome job! No, I didn't get a wash and blow-out, but for under $30 I received a haircut that I LOVE. I will be going back and would recommend her to anyone."

"Alicia cut my son's haircut today. She cut it too fast, it looked like she used a weed Wacker to cut his hair. It was horrible. I said something about it and she "fixed" it. Now he hardly has any hair left on his forehead. Do not go to Alicia!!!"

"Horrible haircut. I should have gotten up right away when I asked for a relatively simple haircut and the lady replied, “oh, you’re used to going to real barber shops. We don’t do that here.” If you’re not a real barber shop, why am I here? Did you just take the job because you were bored one day?"

"Checked online before coming down. Says open at 10 A.M.. Nobody home. Did a little shopping and came back after 12:00. Still closed. It would have been nice if they had had updated website to let us know no one would be here today."

"The Latina or Asian lady is a nightmare. (She had a mask on) first she sat me down in a dirty chair with her previous customers hair all over it and all over the floor around me. I told her exactly what I wanted. "I was growing my hair out and I only wanted the very tips snipped to stimulate more growth". She proceeded to give me the haircut that she wanted to give me and started cutting at least 1/4 inch off the top. I stopped her once I saw a lock of my hair fall on my lap. Then she wanted to argue with me about why she was cutting off 1/4 inch instead of the tips as I requested. My hair grows very slowly and she set back my hair style goal at least 2 months because she doesn't listen to her customer. I wouldn't allow her to finish the cut because I didn't trust her. The back isn't squared off and now the top significantly uneven. She still charged me $22.00. That's the last time Supercuts will get my money. I won't be back ever. I will go to salons who listen to their customer and provide the service that is requested."
