"I’ve been here before and they usually do good service when I’m in town but…..Okay so I went here and the service was great (they offer you drinks and so forth) but the reason for the 3 stars is because they sat me with an older woman who seem like she can careless about nail care and kept saying “ It’s Lunar New Year” I’m all for respecting other cultures but 3 nails broke in half 4 days after going (I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary for it to break). Sadly, I couldn’t go back because I had left Nola around that time. I’m upset because my nails usually lasts 2-3 weeks. They were so bad that another nail shop (back home) had to inform me how messed up and thin they were. As if they didn’t care about nail care. Maybe sometimes double check your nail techs work because it literally broke like paper."

"Very nice staff but quality of gel pedi was the worst I’ve had. I had to ask for the file to trim excess gel and started doing it myself before the lady helped. The gel was all over my cuticle (see photo for 6h after pedi). I asked the lady to fix it and she did trim some off the cuticle, but it really just needed to be redone. It’s 6h later and they are already peeling because it was laid over the skin. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get them redone tomorrow. It’s a shame because they came highly recommended."

"Worst nail experience ever! My usual place was closed so I was referred by a friend to try this place. Inside was a mad house- kids running around barefoot and the strong smell of marijuana. My pedicure was fast and she didn't scrub the bottom of my feet. The pedicure chair are smushed together so other people's dead skin was flying onto me. I asked for a refill and the tech put the smallest layer over my nails and still somehow made it clumpy and see through. There are lines running across every finger. They are all different sizes and terrible texture. This was a gel manicure and atleast five of my nails were not dried when I left. Will never return here not even for free."
