"Nail tech kept stop working on my nails so that she could text on her phone. I was the only one in there and they had 3 people working and refused anymore customers unless they had an appointment no the less I was a walk in for my 1st time."

"I've been going to this nail shop since 2010. Ever since they changed owners I' ve had 3 incidents where they clearly knew I was next to get my nails done. They decided that I could wait because they wanted to take care of another customer first. Always gave an excuse to why they're going to take them before me even though I was there first. I know that's his business and he can do what he wants but this is my money and I can spend it where I want. I'm not spending it where they play favorites. Would not recommend this nail shop to no one any longer. What makes there time more valuable then mine. Oh I know I'm black and they were white. Never again pretty nails I'm done. Treated unfairly"

"I have been going to Pretty Nails for over 10 years and have never had any real issues with the nail techs. After going there for so many years, I began going to the same nail tech. However, after today's experience, I will no longer go to Pretty Nails. When I walked in, the nail techs there immediately told me that my usual nail tech was off for the day. Usually, I would've left and came back another day, instead I requested to get my nails done by someone else. They told me it would be over an hour wait and I explained that I didn't mind waiting. After sitting for over 30 minutes, I asked if I could begin soaking my feet and start the process to remove my gel polish and I was told no. About 20 minutes later, a nail tech asked if I was waiting for someone specific and I said yes. She then went on to say "are you waiting for someone special to turn your water on too" and laughed with another nail tech. I felt her smart remark was very unnecessary and unprofessional. I, sadly, got up and walked out. I am so disappointed with the way I was treated today and will no longer give them any business."
